Welcome to Sunrise Ranch Alpacas!

In 2003, we moved ourselves and our growing herd up to the high-mountain valley of northeastern Utah and a 5-acre property where the alpacas and the land itself could begin to teach us in earnest. We're located near the High Uintahs Wilderness area, in the secluded Kamas Valley. About 40 miles from Salt Lake City, and at 6400', the ranch is a great place for an outdoor lifestyle.

We have a little bit of everything where it concerns alpacas: mature foundation females bred to award-winning studs, junior herdsires, geldings, and yearlings. For the fiber fanatics, we have ribbon-winning fleeces, roving ready-to-spin, as well as yarns spun locally from our own herd. Please call or write - we'd love to talk alpaca with you!
